Glory in Defeat is a free-to-play mobile RPG. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the game at any time, including game mechanics, content, economy, and features.
You are responsible for your account. Do not share your credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
In-game currency (gold, diamonds) and items have no real-world monetary value. They are licensed to you, not sold. In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) depending on your device, and are subject to that store's payment and refund policies. Some offers are time-limited; when an offer's timer expires it is no longer available.
You agree not to use chat or any game feature to:

By sending chat messages, you grant us the right to display, store, and moderate that content within the game.
All game content, artwork, code, and design are the property of the developer. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
The game is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages arising from use of the app.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
